Price Lists
All prices are listed in £GBP excluding VAT.
- VAT is currently charged at 20%.
- Wines marked IB are listed In Bond, ex duty and VAT.
- Wines marked DP are listed Duty Paid, ex VAT.
- Prices are all per unit as indicated, E&OE (exclusions & omissions excepted).
- Wines are listed subject to remaining unsold, and subject to final confirmation.
Duty
Current duty rates are:
- Table wine: £25.98 per case of 12
- Fortified wine: £34.63 per case of 12
- Champagne and Sparkling wine: £33.27 per case of 12
Payment
Payment is is due on receipt of invoice and prior to any delivery or release.
Payment can be made by bank transfer.

Delivery/Collection of wines
Delivery will take place during working hours, Monday-Friday. We will inform you when wines are available to deliver or release. For collections or releases for shipping we require at least 48 hours’ notice.
Returns
All wines are checked for condition and provenance, but we cannot be held responsible for any wine found to be out of condition.
Replacements/refunds will be decided on an individual basis.
The consumer may cancel the order for any reason at any time before delivery and then a further 7 working days after delivery. A full refund is entitled, within 30 days. This does not apply to en primeur offers.
Title & Risk
All wines remain the property of Bushby Fine Wines until payment is received in full.
- Overdue payments may incur interest at 5% and will not be delivered/released.
- After 1 month overdue orders may be cancelled.
- All wines are checked by the warehouse to ensure the condition is as it reasonably should be.
- We cannot accept responsibility for any wine found to be out of condition.

Our Pledge
Bushby Fine Wines is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. We pledge to meet fully, and where possible to exceed, the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which comes into force on May 25th 2018 and replaces the current Data Protection Act 1998. In doing so, we will ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality. Any data breaches will be reported to the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) within the 72 hour designated timeframe
What information we store
Personal data held by us is limited to customers’ names, addresses and telephone/fax numbers, email address and wine storage address details. No further information is collected by way of cookies on the website.
We do not store customers’ credit/debit card details or bank details. We do not share any of our customer details with other institutions, wine merchants or other parties.
Internet Security
Encryption (secure padlock) is used for the contact form on the website thereby protecting both parties, and the system has fully up to date virus software.
Ordering directly via our website is not possible therefore further reducing the risk of data theft. However in the event of an unauthorised person gaining access to the site, no personal information could be gained.
As ours is a browsing only website it has been deemed unnecessary to implement an age verification process.
Wine Lists and Wine offers
We use email to send our wine list and wine offers to our customers. There is a line at the foot of every email asking the receiver to email back with ‘Unsubscribe” in the subject of the email if you no longer wish to receive them from us. Alternatively you may request this in writing or by telephone.

We offer links to a number of other local businesses. Please be advised that if you choose to click on these, you will then be subject to the privacy policies of these companies and no longer ours. Whilst we support the protection of privacy on the internet, Bushby Fine Wines cannot be held responsible for the actions of parties outside our web domain.
